But when a door is closed I’ve always found a window … after praying and looking around. I do not believe Jesus wants you here anymore. Why, for what purpose, to what end, do you fight to stay in such a hostel(SIC) environment? It seems Gary is no longer willing or able to protect you from them.
The text came shortly before AMM, the creator of the patent-pending Manitowoc Grand entertainment program would be subjected to forced labor, and chose to stand up to those conditions rather than capitulate to repeated retaliation. Intercontinental Hotels Group does not appear to be taking any responsibility for said forced labor, while continuing to brand the Manitowoc Holiday Inn, An IHG Hotel.

Holiday Inn Manitowoc partner Dennis Malchow, the brother of current managing partner Gary Malchow, said felons now run the Holiday Inn Manitowoc in a text to America’s Man’s Man in October 2025, shortly after the hotel was officially sold in late August. The full text is quoted verbatim below:
The elder Malchow Dennis attempted to promote Vadala from consultant to General Manager. However, the Malchows’ aloof sister ultimately stood in the way, paving the way early on for what would ultimately become a forced labor campaign against America’s Man’s Man.
AMM is the producer of Fall Musical, The Movie Walt Would Make. As a working artist, America’s Man’s Man supported Christian film by facilitating a Facing The Giants ministry in an attempt to turn around the hotel, but at the end of the day, the Holiday Inn rejected AMM’s counsel, like instituting background checks for employees. AMM lobbied as a consultant to terminate multiple serial-thief employees and grifter housekeepers, but the hotel opted to reject AMM’s advice repeatedly until things got out of hand.
AMM repeatedly reached out to current controlling owner Nuzrat Choudhri of NS Manitowoc Hotel, LLC over the course of months until Choudhri ultimately referred AMM to Attorney Sean Griffin of West and Dunn. Despite Griffin’s being informed in painstaking detail of the forced labor happenings in court documents of an unrelated case, Griffin signed off on retaliatory action against America’s Man’s Man. Choudhri was made aware in emails and texts of the lack of background checks in 2025.
This is first amendment-protected speech, not a public accusation of a crime, and thus it should be regarded as an opinion. Besides the illegal, regarding the forced labor, there have not been any arrests or charges that America’s Man’s Man is aware of regarding those named regarding these specific issues.
