“Holiday Inn Gave An Illegal My Job”

#MANITOWOC, #WISCONSIN – The #HolidayInn chose to give an illegal named #Tomas my job before subjecting me to a forced labor campaign with threats of violence.   After Tomas was deported, America’s Man’s Man was hired and subjected to threats of violence as a routine occurrence.  The Holiday Inn continues to profit from the Manitowoc Grand entertainment program, which includes AMM proprietary technology and trade secrets.  The hotel relies on America’s Man’s Man’s  novel, magical entertainment system to command first-tier rates in a competitive market, continuing to enrich itself with America’s Man’s Man’s intellectual property without authorization by America’s Man’s Man, and paying no consideration to America’s Man’s Man for the continued unauthorized use of America’s Man’s Man’s secret inventions and original authored media.  

#IntercontinentalHotelsGroup of #England has only deflected responsibility for the forced labor campaign to the owner, #NuzratChoudhri of #Illinois.  #IHG will likely profit from the franchisee by charging it fees if it ever decides to take forced labor seriously.

America’s Man’s Man is a working artist, producer, and inventor who produced the original #CollegeMusical and is currently producing #FallMusical aka #Fall.

AmericasMansMan.com will continue to provide updates on the developing situation.  It should be obvious that America’s Man’s Man, legal name Peter Vadala, is the victim and thus not a disinterested party expressing a pro se opinion.  Nobody associated with this case has been charged with or convicted of any crime as of this posting.  America’s Man’s Man continues to seek resolution directly with IHG and Nuzrat Choudhri and his corporation’s fully authorized representation.  I believe I am justified in making this full disclosure because I sincerely believe the principals have inflicted, and continue to inflict, legal injury in a myriad of ways upon America’s Man’s Man and I have no other practical form of legal recourse to end the continued exploitation.

Once again, all of the above is intended as opinion in developing lay legal theory from a biased victim of forced labor, the continued unauthorized use of the victim’s original intellectual property, and many other awful, awful things.
