The Unofficial Walmart Ethics Line

NOTE: If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 9-1-1 or your local law and emergency services authorities. Service is provided as-is without warranties, and no guarantee is made that we can help you in any way whatsoever. The unofficial Walmart Ethics line is only for reporting Walmart Ethical Concerns. FakeNews may email media at … same as below domain.

Did you know that the Walmart Ethics Line exists to punish you and retaliate against you if you have a legitimate concern?

I know that sounds strange, because in orientation, Walmart teaches you that the ethics email and telephone numbers exist to help you, and will never retaliate against you. As a matter of fact, they put a big picture of “Retaliation” with a line through it to drive home the point. However, as I found out the hard way, Walmart is lying.

I brought up a legitimate concern to my boss following Walmart’s Open Door Policy, but as it turns out, the Open Door Policy exists only to gather information from you that Walmart will use at a later time to retaliate against you with disciplinary action.

How Does Walmart Retaliation Happen?

Well, the first thing Walmart does when they retaliate against you for emailing or calling their official ethics line is they sit you down with one of the assistant managers or managers of the store, which they refer to as “coaches,” in order to win your trust as an employee. But make no mistake about it, any trust in them is misplaced. The reason that the second manager is in the room is to serve as a witness, for legal reasons, as to the “official” reason that you’re being disciplined. But it’s an unfair process, because they don’t allow you to bring a witness into the room yourself. Therefore, if you try to fight Walmart in court, it’s only your word against Walmart’s, but Walmart has a witness who can testify to anything they want to testify to, while you’re left all by your lonesome.

The second thing they do, if you continue to voice your legitimate concerns – no matter what they may be, is they bring you into a room which is reserved from people who steal things from the store – even though you did nothing wrong. To outsiders, and even to most hourly employees, Walmart calls this room the “Front Office.” But behind closed doors, they call it the “Apprehension Room.”

Not only do they bring one of their big bosses into the Apprehension Room to serve Walmart as a witness without allowing you to bring in a witness of your own – but they also have tools to record everything that’s said in the Apprehension Room. Because, remember, it’s the room reserved for people who have stolen from the store and are being apprehended. Criminals. And that’s exactly what they treat you like in the apprehension room. It’s a black room full of state-of-the-art technology they’ve consulted FBI, and their powerful Silicon Valley friends in order to develop. Some of it is even patented. (These are generalities, and specific equipment and methods varies from store to store. Walmart may or may not be committing illegal activity, and this is not an affirmative statement that, specifically, Walmart is always or is not always recording audio in all of its stores. Implementations vary from store to store.)

And everything – the state-of-the-art patented Walmart technology; the Walmart witness boss, and the dark room, and the interrogation techniques, which are varied depending upon your personality — the whole process is geared not toward hearing what you have to say about what happened, but gathering evidence against you. They’re not interested in what you didn’t do or did do, or how to help you improve. They’re only interested in writing down – or making an audio recording of (or not making an audio recording of) material from you that they can use in court if you dare contact their ethics line, or a lawyer, or the law, or a court, regarding the wrongdoings that they may have done.

What To Do If Your Walmart Bosses Are Doing Something Wrong

If you believe your Walmart Bosses (or “Coaches”) are doing something wrong, be sure to contact the UNOFFICIAL Walmart Help System via the following email address, which, remember, is Outside Walmart’s Control, and is not affiliated with Walmart, Inc. or its partners in any way.

Why shouldn’t I contact the official Walmart ethics email or telephone hotline?

Remember, as I learned the hard way, the official Walmart Ethics channels are actually there to harm you if anything, and generally won’t provide help to you. Situations and circumstances may vary, but based on my experience with them, and my unintended but in-depth investigation of Walmart’s partners and leadership – the very worst thing you can do in a crisis with your boss at Walmart is to contact their official ethics channels, which are really what we in the business world call “compliance” channels. This means, the ethics line is actually there to make sure there is no possible way that you can hold Walmart legally accountable for anything they do to you — and to make sure that Walmart has the ability to sue you or retaliate against you if you dare to speak up about moral issues, or voice legitimate concerns about the ways you or your coworkers are being treated, or anything else.

From One Walmart Employee To Another

I’m the friendliest Walmart employee who ever existed, and all my coworkers and customers loved seeing me every single day. But Walmart ignored my very rational concerns for the store’s stockholders, employees, and customers. My job title was AP Customer Host. That means Asset Protection. The sad thing was, I was doing my very best to protect Walmart’s assets, especially the country that allows Walmart to function.

My boss proved particularly clueless when it came to outside factors which affect every day Americans, especially Walmart employees. As an Asset Protection Customer Host, I was committed to treating everyone with the utmost respect, and did my job splendidly. I inspired and encouraged my colleagues to greater performance, and frankly, I was a model employee.

But I dared to reach out with very real concerns that were impacting Walmarts. Particularly, I reached out, eventually to the CEO, about concerns about violent illegals headed straight for Walmart stores. When I began voicing those concerns, urging CEO Mr. Doug McMillon to speak up, he and his minions at the “ethics line” retaliated against me.

Why wouldn’t Mr. McMillon use his platform of influence to help fend off the dangerous people at our Southern Border? My boss thought our southern border was “overseas.”

Surely enough, after I started voicing my concerns, the fake President of the United States, Joe Biden, started announcing plans to fly violent illegal invaders up to our border – close to right here, in Wisconsin, where my store is. But Mr. Doug McMillon only cares about kowtowing to what the FakeNews Media tells him to do. So, he and his “ethics hotline” had me fired.

Isn’t it better to stop the violent people from coming near Walmart Stores in the first place? But alas, the FakeNews Media basically has bullied the CEO into a position where he knows they will destroy Walmart’s reputation if the CEO doesn’t go along with their anti-American narrative.

So, rather than doing what’s right, the CEO has chosen to leave his stores – and America – vulnerable to terrorists, rapists, and murders flooding into our borders, rather than provide the ardent patriotic support that is needed of every single true American Citizen right now.

And our border crisis is just the beginning.

Conclusion

The bottom line? Walmart, its fake “ethics” phone and email lines, and its current corporate leadership aren’t interested in protecting you. They’re interested in protecting Walmart, and harming you in the process legally if necessary.

So, if you find yourself in the middle of any problem whatsoever on the job at Walmart, do yourself the biggest favor of your life, and don’t contact the Walmart Ethics email or phone line, because they are not there to help you.
