MANHUB ALIVE!

ManHub is a community just for men; but that said, we’re expecting all kinds of trolls, and so we’re going to implement a verification process.

For this reason, since we’re going to get trolled anyway, I’d like to invite everyone to check out our most rudimentary version.  We’re going to develop this out first, and then roll out LadyHub next year.

Please email me if you’re still seeing the old sign-up page; and if you’re interested in LadyHub, please go ahead and sign up at AmericasMansMan.com/manhub and select Female/LadyHub when asked in the short form.

Thanks for making ManHub.org’s alpha test a success, as we make social media just a little bit more social, among all these MIT nerds here in Boston wandering around the BU planned parenthood.

Oh – and if you know an enthusiastic social media developer willing to get in at the ground level of something great, please send him/her/xee/xeer/Froto/Elfkins/Lorena Bobbit our way.  They’ll feel right at home in this Rocky Horror Picture Show that the media has turned Boston into – and just in time for Halloween!  Anyway, it takes all types.

Please be patient with the email registration – the site does require you verify your email before you start posting.  Oh – and “The Wire” is your status/tweet equivalent.*

Oh, and for heaven’s sake, make sure you get the address correct – that’s ManHub DOT ORG — DOT ORG, DOT ORG!  the other domain was… too expensive.  Sorry about that.
