Barbara From Harlem’s Role At Super Happy Fun America
We know that “Barbara from Harlem” is the latest addition to the Super Happy Fun America team. She is the only person at Super Happy Fun America without an actual stated role. I know Boston has often, in passing, tried to be New York, but I’m not sure if the state of being a “native New Yorker” constitutes legitimate organizational subterfuge in the way of Ms. Harlem’s role at Super Happy Fun America.
Granted, we all know what her role is; but John, you need to at least give her some organizational cover. Maybe “Diversity Ambassador?” Just something. She’s the only one on your team without a stated role. Every Massachusetts leftist worth their salt knows that there needs to be some kind of fake role that they play. Obviously she’s doing less work than a Massachusetts diversity hire.
But you gotta give her a title nonetheless that indicates that she’s worthy of actually doing something at Super Happy Fun America. Surely she must have time in between book signings at “Barnes and Nobles” to do something for the cause. That way, you can better help her escape the racism of low expectations. Although – if she does that, she may not vote for you in the next election.
