COMMUNICATIONS GRIDLOCK: Emailing Bosses Asking To Address Scheduling Issues For The Third Time

Subject: Scheduling Reminder Hello, Walmart Bosses,

I find it wildly inefficient that I have to copy you all on this.  This is a fact which is not your fault but a function of the Walmart system of me having approximately 20 bosses (and counting).  I highly recommend the movie Office Space to explain my feelings on this issue, if you haven’t seen it already . In any event, it’s a wonderful movie you’re missing out on if you haven’t seen it.

Okay, down to business.  There appears to have been a miscommunication regarding my schedule.
I really need to have a regular schedule, preferably continuing in the mornings.  I do not mind if that needs to start between 9a.m. and 7a.m., however I’d really prefer, going forward if we could limit the start time to no later than 9a.m.

I desire to be the very best employee that I can be, and I thank you for helping me serve you better by keeping my schedule regular, and in the morning.

Thank you very kindly.

Also, please fix time clock issues, Kyle.  Cheryl is insisting that I spend more time on the clock trying to fix the clock, for which Rob is hinting that I’m taking up too much time on the clock and also preventing me from dealing with personal issues on personal time.  This is not my fault.  This is a product of Walmart systems gridlock.  I suggest that Dave alert the appropriate systems administrators, which I have already tried to do.  I suggest the market manager or the people manager.  However, I already understand that none of them seem to really care, and that’s fine.

Let’s please try to alter the schedule for the next three weeks so as to move evening shifts to mornings.  Or, if you really want to, we can also change the entire schedule to evenings, however I really don’t want that.  And frankly, if you cannot give me any more hours, I will need to find them elsewhere, and this will likely mean I will need to reduce my schedule to a part time schedule.

This is a mission critical issue and cannot wait.  I tried to explain it to Cheryl this morning but she said talk to Dylan.  Somebody, somewhere, get this done.  Thank you kindly for again letting me empower you to have a well-run store and a happy greeter.

Thank you.

SITUATIONAL AWARENESS: Email Asking Store Manager To Ask Walmart CEO Doug McMillon To Not Turn Against America

From: (AMERICA’S MAN’S MAN) (p0v00rt.s*****[email protected])To:(DAVE, STORE MANAGER)
Date:Thursday, March 18, 2021, 10:45 AM EDT

Hi, Dave,

Just a quick note about a non-operations-related concern I believe Corporate could do a better job of handling.

As you probably know, we Americans, particularly in Wisconsin, had our election stolen from us.  I understand how media works, and I know they’ve put Walmart in a bad position of having to basically do whatever they say when it comes to policy on everything from sensitivity training to greater global policy issues.
I would appreciate it if you would approach corporate on my behalf – since you have made it clear you’d prefer I don’t contact them – and please ask them to perhaps be more vocal about calling out the current administration, which I believe has no right to occupy the White House, based on very credible information.
Because, remember, if we don’t have a country to live in any more, it won’t be possible to continue Walmart as a growing concern.  The media has been bullying Walmart around, and frankly, as you know, I’m at odds with the current opinions of leadership of Walmart.  We can disagree, and that’s fine.  But the truth of the matter is, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris present a clear and present danger to the United States of America, because they were not properly elected.  And I believe, based on all the information available to me, and longsuffered study of the issue in depth, that between the crisis at our Southern Border and everything else, our nation is in jeapoardy.

Please keep in mind that I’m expert at functioning in crisis circumstances, and this does not impact my ability to perform in the very least.

However, I sure would appreciate if you would ask Mr. McMillon or the appropriate people to take a more vocal stand against the foreign interests which are controlling the White House.  I have no small degree of source information and intelligence regarding this matter, and again, I’m just trying to look out for not only Walmart, but the great veterans and active service members whom I thank for their service every day.

Let me take this a step further.  The Silicon Valley Companies, along with the media, have a vested profit interest which runs directly contrary to the health, safety, and security of America.  I say this as a man with experience in the field.  And so for this reason, I would ask the appropriate parties in corporate leadership to perhaps take a closer look at the current direction of the corporation, which appears to be getting closer to said silicon valley interests.

I love my country, and as much as I love Walmart, I always put God and Country First.

Be blessed,

EMAIL TO DOUG MCMILLON EXPLAINING WHY HE IS SETTING WALMART STORES ACROSS THE COUNTRY UP FOR AN AMBUSH

SUBJECT: Situational Awareness
From: (AMERICA’S MAN’S MAN)
To: (MARKET TEAM LEADER); DOUG MCMILLON
Date:Saturday, March 20, 2021, 08:16 AM EDT

Rob et Al,

How is Walmart going to protect its assets when we’re invaded by a foreign country?

Situational awareness.  What good is it to defend a moat when there is a tidal wave coming?

Banks like JP Morgan have already started moving their finances to China.  And the media is lying to all of us, distracting us every day.

Walmart’s CEO can hop on a plane to his summer home overseas.

But what will you do?  What will the associates do?  Do you really think “ADD”- unarmed “Attack, Deny, and Defend” will matter when ignorant, uneducated young welfare cases start smashing merchandise?

I’ll tell you what will happen.  Doug McMillon will close down the stores.  He will probably blame covid.  And the associates will be let go, just as Cheryl was, perhaps in a more media-friendly way.  Severance peanuts.

But the truth of the matter really is -the stores are being phased out.  The associates are being phased out.  It’s the only logical conclusion that can be drawn from the way Doug McMillon is managing Walmart.

Situational awareness can save your life in a crisis.

And whatever you do, never, ever, ever trust the media, which exists to exploit us, not to inform us.  I know this first hand.

There’s an issue when Walmart punishes situational awareness.  That’s effectively what they’re doing.  I hope this helps.

Just because the crisis at the border is a thousand miles away doesn’t mean it won’t be here next.  And, just like good health, the very best medicine is prevention.  Why wait until Sheyboygan is inhabited by rapists, murderers, etc?  Sam Walton would not have tolerated it.  And you shouldn’t either.  You shouldn’t either.  In my humble opinion, as someone with no stake in Walmart, but as a friend and citizen attempting to do my civic duty.

There’s a flood coming from outside our nation, and from Silicon Valley.  We have a compromised presidential election, and a treasonous White House with no right to occupy the White House.

As I have said, situational awareness.  I believe that the Walmart CEO is intentionally, in a slow, long-term, subtle manner, by failing to take a more active role in helping President Trump, setting up Walmart’s brick-and-mortar operations to fail, and violently slow.  I believe he can prevent it, but he is choosing not to.  Why?  Because the media is pressuring him to, and he would rather create good optics than set the stores up for success.

The media is exploitative in nature.  It’s not entirely Doug McMillon’s fault for being ignorant.  However, he’s got to aggressively defend his stores from the top down if they are to survive.  Anything else – anything less than that – is really betting against America.

When you awaken to the true nature of the situation, you might find yourself fired, just as you folks fired me.

I’m trying to help you navigate all the layers of corporate propaganda you have been deluged with.  And all the policies about not meeting outside the workplace – they are intended to prevent me – to prevent all of us – from saying precisely what we need to say.  Just like this.

Situational awareness.  Asset protection.

My intent, if I haven’t been clear, is to inform you that you may better protect yourself and Walmart.  It’s an American institution, and I feel a responsibility to inform you for both your own self-edification, and so perhaps you might increase your understanding and make a difference.

The way of the world seems to be that, I am sad to say, things are getting worse, not better, for America.  Your CEO has the opportunity to make a positive difference, however it will require that he adamantly throws his support behind President Trump and refrains from selling out to Silicon Valley.

You’d never know it, but we are in the midst of the greatest national security crisis we have been in since World War II.  You’d never know it because our media is lying to us, and Silicon Valley (“social media”) is censoring everything useful.  They stand to gain the most when America is panicking.

If you personally cannot connect that crisis with the ability of Walmart Stores to continue operations as a going concern (and I say this in an advisory capacity, strictly) I don’t know what to say.  It will make for very dramatic press coverage when incidents happen – again, which are beyond anyone’s control at the store level.

We must not be lulled into a state of stupefied distraction by the media (both legacy media and “social media”).

There are external threats – like the crisis at the Texas border.  But this is just the beginning.

The fact is, store-level Asset Protection staff cannot adequately do our jobs (my former job) if the CEO is feeding a situation which will only hasten and contribute to more theft, more violence, in the future, in order to kowtow to the media, and cloister every single Walmart Team in a cocoon or cone of myopic systems-gridlock ignorance.

Media always only wants one thing, and that’s drama.  The media cannot have profits without eyeballs; they can’t have eyeballs without drama; they can’t have drama without violent conflict; and they can’t have conflict without massive ignorance at the store level.

Doug McMillon is setting everyone up for failure.  And you can’t do your job at the store level if your generals are leading you into an ambush.

And I think somebody ought to say something to him about it.  Of course, it will be a miracle if you get this email.

This isn’t about my job.  This is about basic human decency and respect for the individual.  I have no reason that benefits me in sending this whatsoever, other than knowing I have tried my level best to fulfill my civic duty to protect my friends and former colleagues.

Maybe if ethics actually cared about ethics, this would have been properly handled, and I wouldn’t have been canned.  I’m not surprised; but nevertheless it is my civic duty to say something.  I’m not sure which is worse; the FakeNews media or Sedgewick’s fake ethics line.

Systems gridlock.  Situational awareness. Respect for the individual.  Asset Protection.

I wouldn’t have been doing my job correctly if I did not try to draw some attention to external threats facing the store.  Notwithstanding the muzzles.  They’re issues Doug McMillon clearly doesn’t care about.  This isn’t about my job.  This is about making you aware.

Sam Walton would be very upset.  When America loses, Walmart loses.

Protect America, protect Walmart stores.  If you bet against America, as Doug appears to be, you bet against the thing which allows Walmart to operate.

So, I hope he doesn’t get so caught up in his globe-trotting that he neglects the country which provides the foundation for business to operate.  Walmart’s don’t survive in communist countries.  But that seems to be just what he is trying to do – really, to dissolve Walmart, one slow and steady step at a time.  And that’s not right.  That is not what a leader does.  Customers, stockholders, and employees will suffer as a direct consequence of Doug McMillon’s cowardly leadership of Walmart.  And somebody ought to say something to him about it.

Why else would someone be fired for being, by all counts, a model AP Customer Host?  It doesn’t make a lot of sense, does it?  And that’s not what this is about – however, it is a symptom of greater ethical concerns about Walmart Corporate Leadership.  And Walmart Corporate Leadership can’t have employees making ethical concerns known.  It would make for really bad press.  My firing is a symptom of a much bigger problem at Walmart.

EMAIL TO ANTI-AMERICAN DOUG MCMILLON AND MARKET-LEVEL TEAM MEMBER

SUBJ: The Role Of AP HostFrom: (ME)
To:(MARKET TEAM LEADER/ASSISTANT) Cc:DOUG MCMILLON Date:Saturday, March 20, 2021, 09:34 AM EDT

(MARKET TEAM LEADER/ASSISTANT), I was going to send this to Rob, but I don’t think he understands.  I swear I was fired for being too good at my job.

Rob,

I understand the real reason I was canned is that I was too vocal behind the scenes.  And I’m fine with that, it’s a cost of doing the right thing.  Not the fake kind of doing the right thing they talk about in training, but actually being a person of integrity in the real world.

All of that said, for strictly personal reasons, I want to address something you brought up in my firing session with you and Kyle.  This is strictly a matter of your own edification and personal growth.

The role of asset protection, by its very nature, if done correctly, is to create an appearance of strong presence so as to deter theft before it happens.

The very quality which you criticized me for is precisely the kind of quality I have intentionally cultivated for a role such as asset protection.

In other words, I was hired to protect merchandise by greeting and salutating.  Would-be thieves can tell the difference between a greeter who is half asleep and leaning on the deli counter (everybody else I have observed working that position) and someone who is demonstrably courteous, kind, and in general, happy to be there.

Let’s be honest.  The customer service counter is like the walking dead.  Somebody get those ladies some coffee.

As I told you and the other firing squad member – if you recall Kyle was falling asleep while firing me himself, I put a great degree of effort and thought into the manner in which I performed.  And, according to customers, I performed excellently.  An old woman with a thick accent approached me after observing me a while and said, “You treat everyone with courtesy.”  And, of course, I bowed and thanked her profusely.  And many other customers did too- not to mention my “”””coach””””.

What am I saying here, really?  I’m saying that the thing you allegedly fired me for – which we all know is a colossal running joke anyway –

Is precisely the thing that makes a good AP host.  You WANT an AP host that both puts customers (GUESTS is a better word) in a good mood to buy stuff – but also someone whose courtesy leaves a strong enough impression that they would never want me to have to ask them about unpaid merchandise.  This is how I encountered three people who brought merchandise as far as the door.  One of them was a 20+ year employee.  They confessed to me without me having to utter a word.  And they did it – why?  Well, they did it because of that very thing you criticized about me.  My method of approaching people.  It’s my integrity, it’s my makeup, it’s my personality, which made me the best darn AP customer Host in the store.  I stopped merchandise at the door on my second day.  And it’s all because of that thing you criticized me about in the firing meeting – “my approach to people.”  But that, you see, is how you stop merchandise from walking out the door.

I helped get more paid merchandise out the door, and kept the unpaid merchandise in.  That’s what makes a good AP host.

But of course, I got fired over politics.

That’s what we call integrity.  It’s a word that was brought up many times in orientation and training.  Integrity.

I am a high-performance worker who gets results, and if you want effective, high-performance people who can both help monetize and protect your assets, I would look for more people like me, not punish us.

But that’s just my opinion.  Be blessed, take care, and thank you again.
