PUBLIC NOTICE TO HOLIDAY INN MANITOWOC: CEASE AND DESIST SCREENINGS OF FACING THE GIANTS AND FIREPROOF IMMEDIATELY

America’s Man’s Man hereby notifies the Holiday Inn, which has not responded to numerous America’s Man’s Man’s communications directly to authorized representation of Holiday Inn (Attorney Sean Griffin of West And Dunn via email) that the Holiday Inn MUST IMMEDIATELY STOP SHOWING FACING THE GIANTS AND FIREPROOF, because (1) America’s Man’s Man owns the proprietary technology and actual physical hardware which is a part of the patent-pending America’s Man’s Man Piano Concert Hospitality Entertainment System AND (2) As I have notified the Hotel, the rights to screen said movies through my exclusive arrangement with Provident Films has lapsed, and while I cannot physically stop you from unauthorized screenings, I attest that I personally do not authorize the continued use of said IP, as well as my own production materials and inventions patent pending, particularly when that IP is not owned by me.

America’s Man’s Man, Peter Vadala, is a working artist who pours my entire livelihood into my art and inventions, and so I take intellectual property rights very seriously. I must therefore demand that Holiday Inn Manitowoc/NS Manitowoc Hotel LLC/ BadAxe Hotel LLC/Intercontinental Hotels Group, immediately cease said unauthorized screenings of Fireproof and Facing The Giants at the Manitowoc Holiday Inn, and return my proprietary equipment as directed in letters to West and Dunn of Waunakee, WI immediately.

America’s Man’s Man condemns the Holiday Inn’s continued unauthorized use of AMM’s own Intellectual Property and anybody else’s, particularly ongoing Public Screenings of Sherwood Baptist Church and Provident Films’ Facing The Giants and Fireproof. AMM encourages Holiday Inn Manitowoc to cease and desist using said content immediately, and return my property as itemized in our private communications.
