What’s special about the Green Bay Delta Hotel? A huge waterslide and kiddie wading pool; a full-service bar, a $14 all-you-can-eat breakfast, except the night auditor doesn’t think that includes custom omelets (Hilton‘s Garden Inn includes all-you-can-eat omelets and fresh fruit, except the price point is slightly higher). Small function/meeting room holds about 40. Price point keeps out the riffraff. Well — most. But — if you run a lean business and don’t need the amenities, Wyndham’s AmericInn does the same job at half the price while including a modest breakfast. But, they appear to be running at near capacity, so maybe the market knows something AMM doesn’t.

Major streaming services, bar, Book of Mormon. Booklights mounted on the bed board. Fancy-labeled shower fixin’s. Microwave in lobby. Spacious desk. Leaky window – but they left a towel. Ceiling just starting to show age. Bottles of water daily; filtered water dispensers on every floor. Standard Hotel Menu with healthy options.

It’s unexceptional but reliable. So stop procrastinating, and get back to work! After you see the video.
