This prototype menu* was part of the America’s Man’s Man design to compliment the music menu package for the atrium, where guests could reserve Patent-Pending piano-side dining with their favorite selections of music from the patent-pending, never-ending piano concert; but the cook insisted on a more Mexican-themed menu, only to leave the hotel shortly thereafter, leaving a felon to run the bar.
