Why Leftists Don’t Want To Charge Capitol Rioters With Sedition

Apparently, leftist academics don’t want to charge those who took part in disrupting the electoral certification vote with sedition because they are worried that American Loyalists will use the same charges against those who make violence on police — which they darn well should.

Seattle, Kenosha, Minnesota Riots fit well within the realm of Sedition, for sure. Why isn’t anyone bringing these types of charges?
