American Boomer Pastors Have Internalized Atheistic Communist Myth From Media
Introduction
J. Vernon McGee frequently reminded us that God told us to constantly put His commandments before us. On our doorposts, everywhere. Why? Because we’re suggestible creatures, and we’re liable to buy into what we’re surrounded by, as part of the marvelous machine that God created our human minds to be for His glory, in His image.
That’s why media is so dangerous, and, as America’s Man’s Man contends, got hooked a little too deeply into our subconscious minds over the last century as broadcast media and now ‘social’ media has gotten to become our window to the world.
But America’s Man’s Man reminds us that it is scripture, and the still, small voice – not that of Joe Anchorman, or Mark Zuckerberg, which ought to be guiding our feet, lest we stumble into the Abyss, which God’s Invisible Hand has thus kept us from falling into. So why do we keep running toward it? America’s Man’s Man echoes the words of the great domestic missionary Charles Finney in bringing you up to speed with God’s tempo and mode of living.

A Pastor Told Me The Gospel Is A Means To “Subversion”
As a missionary, I have the privilege of meeting many pastors. One such pastor I recently met described The Gospel as a means of subversion. However, this false teaching, this False Gospel of Atheistic Communism, is a lie from Satan which, like all sin, results in only evil among men. So I present this warning to the American Pastor, particularly Boomers and the Millennials they mentor – that you must be careful not to be the leading cause of the Christian persecution that you ostensibly are against.
Subverting what, or how is beside the point. The moment the Gospel of Jesus Christ becomes a tool for anyone to do anything, we have stopped serving God, and have started serving someone or something else. And as Christ reminds us, we can’t have two masters.
The assertion had never been spoken to me quite as starkly before, however it reaffirmed what I have observed for a long time, which is simply this: today’s American Boomer pastor says he follows Christ, but he has actually bent the Bible to conform to a “Hermeneutic” defined not by the words of Scripture, or even natural revelation, but rather, the pervasive media influence of our age. I have called it “The Principality of Media.”
The solution is ever so simple, yet ever so difficult to all of us who depend upon media, like our cell phone, or even the nightly newscast, to guide our steps each day.
The Gospel is a lamp unto our feet, so perhaps we ought to let it guide us, rather than those who have usurped the newsbearing colonial pastor in order to usurp the “Fourth Branch Of Government,” which doesn’t actually exist.
Turn off the TV; Turn off the phone. For heaven’s sake, please don’t log into the FAANGTT+M Companies – that is, Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Google, Twitter, Tiktok, Disney Plus, and Microsoft.
Swap out the artificial for the Godly; the FakeNews for the Good News.
Because, dollars to doughnuts, we are all built to worship; all slaves to something. And America, the Free Market, and the Free Marketplace Of Ideas, allows each and every person to be enslaved less than anybody on earth, anywhere. Our burden is light; our wisdom is great, and the hope of humanity lies within America’s Manifest Destiny as God’s Exceptional Nation.
The media has long painted Christians as the enemy. But let us never forget that it is the talking heads on TV who initially usurped the role of the Pastorate. To the evil FakeNews Media, they are the bearers of “News Judgement,” not Christ. And their motive is selfish profit for a very few – you know, the people who pay to keep their expensive propaganda machines running, be they television networks or FAANGTT+M/BigTech . Let us never forget that the true American Newsbearers, the bearers of Good News which helps and does not harm, are America’s forgotten pastors, like John Edwards, to whom mere lip service is paid today. And of course, there’s that man named Jesus Christ. Do His words even matter any more? And if all this seems a tad heavy-handed for you, then don’t listen to me, listen to the great American domestic missionary and pastor Charles Finney.
Satan wants you to believe that you’re no good, and America is no good, but that’s just Satan talking. It’s to be expected.
Granted – if still feel that overwhelming tug at your conscience, that somehow – in some way — that communists are not an evil force which will cause slavery among humanity unlike any slavery the world has ever known – despite the overwhelming evidence to the contrary to any man with an iota of God-given wisdom or common sense — may I assure you it is merely the product of the media, which you are as addicted to (and I know you, pastors — it’s the idiot box that guides you folks, don’t deny it, and I rebuke and exhort you in a spirit of Christian love and mercy). You are as addicted to FakeNews (my area of training, profession and expertise) for the same reasons the millies and Generation Z are addicted to digital devices, which are, generally, the next generation of idiot boxes.
Repent. Turn off the devices, and get turned on by the Words of Christ.
